Owen Security Solutions, Inc. acquires Roswell based Actio Security
Owen Security Solutions, a locally-owned and operated security and technology company, announces its recent acquisition of the Actio Security.
On December 5, 2022, Owen Security finalized the acquisition of the Metro Atlanta company and welcomed former Actio Security owner, Ken Motter to the Owen Security team. Including the customer-base most recently acquired, Owen Security Solutions now serves more than 8,000 customers in the North Georgia area. "Our team is excited by the acquisition and new team member," said Justin Owen, CEO of Owen Security Solutions. "We are excited by the growth of our family-owned company and look forward to that continued growth in the Northwest GA and Atlanta markets.
Actio Security, a low-voltage contractor specializing in the maintenance of security and life-safety systems, was established in 1969 in Roswell, GA and has operated as a family run business for its entirety.
